My Hero Academia Smash!! By Hirofumi Neda Vol. 3 is definitely one of the suspense books in the series. This time it all started on a beach, with the class 1A of U.A. which is an academy for the people with quirks, or in other words, the people with superpowers. It starts off pretty peaceful, but later on, it is revealed that Shoto Todoroki’s father, the hero of Enveador, demanded Shoto to train at their summer villa. Shoto wasn’t really told to come along and just didn’t want to be alone with his father so he brought some of his friends. The plan of Shoto’s father was to spend time alone with his son, but since he had brought some friends over, he (Shoto’s father) wanted to get rid of them. And it’s pretty sad too, that the only reason he doesn’t want his friends to interfere with Shoto and his father is that he just wants father and son time. Fast forward time a bit, and some students from the class are starting to dance on stage for a show, while others are still planning out in their Halloween costumes what to do. More onto that, the class is told to be performing a show as animals this time. And oddly enough, the show worked out with fewer complications than expected. Overall, this book has many action stories and many funny moments too. This book definitely takes entertainment to a whole new level! This book is something people would love to read in their free time. Rating: 4.9 out of 5 Stars
